High School Awards/Honors:
Received all-state honors for cross country and track junior and senior year.
Attended the Florida State Winter Distance Project in 2009 and had the opportunity to work with Trent Sanderson of Team Prep USA.
Qualified for Nike Indoor Nationals
Finished 4th in the mile and the Mobile Challenge of Champions meet.

College Awards/Honors:
2010: Cross Country- Won Citadel Invitational (9/25) with a time of 18:19.77...12th place finish at the Charlotte Invitational (10/1) with a time of 17:53.1 which is the fourth fastest in school history for 5k...Set school record for 6k at NCAA Southeast Regional in 21:46.3 for 6k...Named Southern Conference Freshman of the Year and earned spots on First Team All-Conference and All-Freshman Teams...Finished 5th at the SoCon Championships meet in Boone, NC...Bettered her high school 5k mark by over a minute in her first collegiate race.

2011: Indoor Track- Set school, along with Appalachian State Indoor Facility, record in the mile. Awarded Southern Conference Athlete of the Week for 2/6/11 and 2/13/11.Set new College of Charleston track records in the mile, 3k, and 5k.
