The TPUSA Portal is encrypted and HIPAA secure, keeping all of your information safe. By registering for camp, you will have created your own personal Team Prep USA account. This account allows you to:
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REGISTER?
USING THE ACCOUNT:
Your account, and the accompanying app, will be an integral part of the camp experience. Although parents will be registering and setting up the account, we ask that parents share the same login and password with their camper, and have the camper download the mobile app as well.
The TPUSA app is where we'll be delivering important camper instructions, camper welcome packages, daily announcements while at camp, uploading gait analysis & movement screens, and more.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REGISTER?
- When you purchase a camp session, you will receive a Welcome Email from Team Prep USA
- In that Welcome Email, you will be prompted to create an account - click the "Accept This Invite" link
- Then, you will be asked to complete the intake forms and upload camp documents. If you don't have camp documents right now, you can always add them later by logging into your account.
- Lastly, you'll be prompted to download the mobile app. Your account can be accessed on any internet browser, and we strongly encourage downloading the app for texting, camper arrivals, camp notifications, and more.
- The email you register with will be the same email you access your account with. If you have any trouble accessing your account, please email admin@teamprepusarunning.com

Payment
A minimum of $450 deposit is required to reserve your spot at camp.
Camp can be paid for by credit card or by check. If you choose to pay by check, your credit card will not be kept on file. You can make this selection (card or check) at checkout.
If paying by credit card, payments can be made in full at checkout or through installment payments. Installment payments will be charged automatically based on the camp session you have chosen, at roughly 1 month intervals.
